So, you know how there are so many studies that say how much meditation can help your brain and body? I have found this to be true, at least for myself.
Having a Type A personality and living in this present day United States, it's hard for my body to slow down, let alone my mind. When I tried to meditate, my thought raced.
I found a cool app that I think it perfect for beginners who want to start meditating, calm.com. It takes you through a 7 day process to more calm and build on after that. You even get to chose the background you want to listen to. I enjoyed the rain.
