So, you know how there are so many studies that say how much meditation can help your brain and body? I have found this to be true, at least for myself.
Having a Type A personality and living in this present day United States, it's hard for my body to slow down, let alone my mind. When I tried to meditate, my thought raced.
I found a cool app that I think it perfect for beginners who want to start meditating, calm.com. It takes you through a 7 day process to more calm and build on after that. You even get to chose the background you want to listen to. I enjoyed the rain.

FAIL!
Every day, fail! Do it! Why? Because how do you possibly grow without failing every now and then? How can you possibly grow?
Failing can be scary, we don't WANT to fail at something. Truth is, it is inevitable.
So, instead of running away, embrace it. Understand that it HAD to happen so you can grow.
So, get out there and fail at something.
